Xavier Mora

Xavier Mora is currently a Reliability Manager at Dow, where they oversee the maintenance and efficiency of operations. Previously, Xavier held various engineering and planning roles across companies such as Siemens, IDOM, and Essity, focusing on mechanical systems and project management. They are a former professional volleyball player and have completed multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Throughout their career, Xavier has demonstrated expertise in both technical and leadership capacities.
