Yan Jin is an accomplished R&D Engineering Manager at Dow since July 2012, with experience as a certified Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader and a strong track record in the development, scale-up, and commercialization of polymer products. Prior roles include Associate R&D Engineering Manager and Senior New Product Scale-up M&E Engineer, where Yan successfully coordinated cross-functional teams for product transfers and utilized Six Sigma methodologies for troubleshooting.
