Yi Chen

Yi (Tony) Chen is a trade compliance practitioner with over 14 years of experience in government administration, consulting, and industry practice. They served as a Customs Officer at China Customs from 2010 to 2013, followed by a managerial role at KPMG China until 2020, where they led various trade compliance initiatives. Currently, Yi is a Senior Trade Compliance Manager at Dow, overseeing import/export operations and driving compliance across APAC distribution. They hold two bachelor's degrees in International Economics and Trade as well as Biological Engineering, and are pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
