Yujie Ding

Yujie (Jessica) Ding, PhD, MBA, currently serves as a Market Leader at Dow, where responsibilities include leading growth strategies for next-generation Mobility and Electric Vehicles since March 2023. Previously, Yujie was the North American Marketing Manager for Personal Care at Dow from August 2014 to January 2023, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and inclusive beauty, and earlier held the position of Global & NA Marketing Manager for Coatings & Leather, where contributions included market strategy and product management. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategic Marketing Analyst and Research Scientist at Chemtura Corporation, with a focus on polyurethane R&D and project leadership. Yujie holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Nanjing University, a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, where recognition included Dean's List and Forte Fellow status.
