Zakaria E.

Zakaria E. currently serves as the EMEAI Senior HR Partner at Dow, with a focus on Finance, Legal, Public Affairs, and Government Affairs since February 2014. Zakaria has held multiple HR leadership roles, including Country HR Partner for the UK/Ireland, where oversight of HR activities for over 700 employees was a key responsibility. Previous positions include Site HR Partner for a plant in France and sales offices in Algiers and Casablanca, where talent strategies and digitalization efforts were successfully implemented during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Zakaria's earlier experience at Airbus involved leading recruitment initiatives and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Academically, Zakaria holds an MBA from emlyon business school and completed a program at East China Normal University focused on entrepreneurship in Asia.
