Lawrence Litt

Lawrence Litt is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the tax sector. Currently serving as the VP of Tax at DOWC since October 2025, Lawrence previously held the position of Head of Tax at AWH from June 2021 to June 2025. Prior to these roles, Lawrence was the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions - Tax at Cognizant Technology Solutions and an M&A Tax Director at PwC LLP. Lawrence also served as a Partner in Tax & Business Services at Marcum LLP and as a Tax Managing Director at KPMG LLP. Academic credentials include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
