John Hardie

John Hardie is an experienced Rigger and Dogman with a substantial background in the resources and construction industries. Currently employed at Dowells since October 2019, John has previously held roles at Monadelphous as a mechanical Rigger, where responsibilities included comprehensive mechanical and structural rebuilds for BMA Major Shutdown teams. John's expertise was further honed at Bechtel Corporation, where the focus was on piping and mechanical rigging for the Wheatstone Project and other major LNG facilities. Additional experience includes positions with G&S Engineering, UGL Limited, and Sarina Crane Hire, specializing in heavy lifts, rigging operations, and maintenance shutdowns across various sectors. Education was completed at Coriander High School from 1975 to 1977.
