Ben Dillon

Ben Dillon is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in operations and performance risk management. Currently, as the Performance Risk and Compliance Manager for the Bendigo Hospital Project at Downer, Ben oversees a large team responsible for maintaining hospital cleanliness, grounds, patient logistics, and meal production. Prior to this role, Ben served as Branch Manager at Bank of Melbourne and held various leadership positions at BWS, managing multiple stores and focusing on team development and customer experiences. Ben also owned and operated Harry's Lolly Shop, achieving recognition in the Bendigo Business Excellence Awards, and spent over a decade at Woolworths Supermarkets, where leadership skills were developed through various management positions, driving sales growth and compliance initiatives.
