Benny Tan

Benny Tan is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as a Project Accountant at Downer since February 2019. Previously, Benny worked as a Lay Pastoral Worker for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison for student clubs and organizing community events. Benny's prior roles also include Project Accountant at Pacific National, where financial support was provided to Project Managers, and various accounting positions at organizations such as Harry the Hirer, Western Health, Genesis Fitness Clubs, and Seventh-day Adventist Aged Care (VIC) Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from financial reporting to system administration. Benny began the career as a Tutor at The University of Melbourne and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from the same institution.
