Bin Chen

Bin Chen is a project management and engineering professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in railway signalling and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Signalling Engineering Manager at Downer New Zealand, they oversee re-signalling engineering management and coordinate various subsystems. Bin has held significant roles at companies such as Alstom, MMC Gamuda, and Bombardier Transportation, where they managed projects and ensured operational quality. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Taipei Technology University and hold additional qualifications in Electronic and Mechanical Engineering from Ming-Chi University of Technology.
