Clive Smith

Clive Smith is an experienced professional in the transport, infrastructure, and facilities sectors, currently serving as the PMO Manager ANZ for Downer's Transport & Infrastructure Business Unit since July 2021. In this role, Clive provides commercial, contractual, and risk management support to enhance business performance while fostering sustainable customer relationships. Prior to this, Clive held various leadership positions at Hawkins, including GM Business Development, where strategic direction and new business opportunities were key focuses. Clive also has a background in business development at Construction Techniques Group Ltd and Contech Remedial Engineering PTE Ltd. With a Master of Business Administration from The University of Auckland and a National Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering from Technikon Natal, Clive combines technical expertise with robust business acumen.
