David Behrens

David Behrens is a Structures and Dynamics Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Downer, with experience since November 2018, focusing on production and overhaul engineering for the IMU100/SMU200 life extension overhaul project. David has actively participated in daily production meetings to address and resolve support requirements. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Engineer at Downer, where engineering tasks were completed for a freight wheelset overhaul program, and a Mechanical Engineering student at CQUniversity from 2015 to 2019, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering was earned. Additionally, David completed a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management from Learning Dimensions Network between May and September 2022.
