Ella Roche is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in stakeholder management and social media strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Manager at Downer since July 2021, Ella has held roles such as Stakeholder Manager for Taranaki and Customer Stakeholder Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Social Media Advisor at WorkSafe New Zealand and Marketing & Communications Manager at Young Enterprise Trust. Ella's career began as a Digital Coordinator - Sales at NZX Agri and included an internship focused on departmental efficiency and health and safety at Human Resources, University of Canterbury. Ella holds a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, both from the University of Canterbury.
