Gerard Collings

Gerard Collings is an experienced professional with a diverse background in contract management and real estate. Currently serving as a Contract Manager at Downer since December 2020 and a Real Estate Salesperson at Property Brokers since July 2020, Gerard has previously held significant roles at Otago Regional Council from November 1989 to August 2019, including Manager Support Services and Manager Engineering Projects. In these positions, responsibilities included overseeing public transport planning, managing building assets, and leading the National Integrated Ticketing Joint Procurement Project. Gerard also served as Chairperson for the Waikouaiti Coast Community Board from 2004 to 2007 and again from 2010 to 2016, and worked with the Otago Catchment Board as a Survey and Technical Assistant from 1982 to 1989. Gerard's educational background includes attendance at East Otago High School from 1974 to 1981.
