Jane Gillespie possesses extensive experience in rail leadership, project delivery, and decarbonisation strategies. After completing a first-class degree in History from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Jane has held various roles, including Senior Manager of Strategy and Growth at Downer and Rail Team Lead at Arup. Jane previously contributed to the Australasian Railway Association as a member of the Young Leaders Advisory Board and has participated in multiple graduate schemes across prominent rail organizations. Currently, Jane is furthering their education with a short course on Business and Climate Change at the University of Cambridge.
