Jeff Collins

Jeff Collins serves as the General Manager at Downer since January 2018. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Contract & General Manager at Serco from June 2009 to December 2017, managing a variety of major projects with responsibilities including Assurance and Risk, Financial, Commercials and Contract Governance, Service Delivery, Compliance, Performance, People, and Supply Chain. Jeff's career began at Lendlease, where, from November 2007 to June 2009, Jeff was the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, focusing on enhancing Health and Safety at significant construction projects in the UAE. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from Charles Sturt University (2013-2018) and a Diploma in Business Management from Mt Eliza Business School (2005).
