Jess Edmonds-Saunders

Jessi Edmonds-Saunders is an accomplished leader in emerging talent and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, currently serving as the Emerging Talent & Inclusion Lead at Downer since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jessi held various positions at Youi Insurance from April 2015 to September 2023, including Organizational Development Specialist for DEI, where Jessi managed an award-winning employee volunteering program and guided DEI strategy to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Previous experience includes roles at Giorgio Armani in sales management and L'Oréal as a Business Manager, complemented by notable contributions as a Columnist and Deputy Editor at Nexus Magazine. Jessi's educational background includes a degree in General Insurance from ANZIIF and further studies at The University of Waikato.
