Jonathan Holland

Jonathan Holland is a highly experienced Commercial Manager at Downer Rail & Transit Systems, currently overseeing commercial and compliance matters for the High Capacity Metro Train delivery project. With a solid foundation in key account and project management, Jonathan specializes in the end-to-end management of complex contracting arrangements. Previously, they provided commercial management advice for major infrastructure projects at Yarra Trams and managed significant contracts for Public Transport Victoria's myki Ticketing Services Agreement. Jonathan has also held roles at Telstra and Orange, where they developed and negotiated complex Managed Services Agreements and contributed to the establishment of Orange as a global brand. They hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from Thames Valley University and a National Diploma in Business Studies from Salisbury Polytechnic.
