Joyce Chan is a mechanical engineer with a strong background in the rolling stock industry. Beginning as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Downer from February 2018 to February 2020, Joyce gained experience in project management, maintenance and refurbishment, tendering, and manufacturing across various locations. Currently serving as a Project Engineer for HCMT at Downer since March 2020, Joyce continues to apply engineering skills in complex projects.
