Karen Eldridge is an accomplished technical director with extensive experience in control system engineering and automation within the water industry. Currently serving as the Technical Director for both Confluence Water and Downer, Karen previously held the position of Principal Engineer at RCR Tomlinson and has a long history at UGL Limited as a Principal Control & Instrumentation Engineer. Active in the Australian Water Association, Karen contributed as a committee member and served as Vice President for the NSW Branch. Karen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UNSW and has been involved in the industry since 1997.
