Laura Gordon

Laura Gordon possesses extensive experience in industrial relations, currently serving as the Manager of Industrial Relations at Downer since May 2014, overseeing national road services within transport and infrastructure. Previous roles at Downer include Industrial Relations Manager for engineering, construction, and maintenance in Western Australia, and Senior Employee Relations Advisor for FIFO projects. Laura's background includes significant contributions to major projects such as the Gorgon LNG Jetty and the Condabri North Gas Processing Facility. Prior to her tenure at Downer, Laura held a Senior Employee Relations Advisor position at CIMIC Group Limited and worked for the Queensland Government as a Client Services Officer.
