Lilly Tan has extensive experience in retail and recruitment, having held various positions since 2013. Starting as a Sales Advisor at Kmart Australia Limited, Lilly advanced to become Assistant Store Manager at Sheridan - Hanes Brands Australasia, and then held multiple roles in visual merchandising and recruitment at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Randstad. Currently serving as P&C Coordinator at Downer, Lilly previously worked as a Project Consultant at Randstad Australia and Recruitment Consultant at Randstad. Educational background includes a Diploma in Interior Design and a Certificate IV in Interior Decoration, both from Sydney Design School.
