Lynn Bird

Lynn Bird is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Advisor at Downer since April 2022, Lynn has held various roles in human resources, including positions as a Human Resources Advisor at the City of Rockingham and Human Resources Officer at both the City of Armadale and City of Rockingham. Previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Training Officer at Flexi Staff and a Recruitment Consultant at SKILLED GROUP. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Training Services Australia, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resources Management and Commerce from Murdoch University, along with a Bachelor of Mass Communication.
