Maria Gatica has extensive experience in educational program development, project management, and quality control across multiple sectors. At the University of Chile, Maria served as Head of Studies, where responsibilities included generating, coordinating, and promoting postgraduate study programs, reaching over 3,000 individuals in Chile and Colombia.
