Mark Doherty

Mark Doherty currently serves as Head of Project Controls and Director of Delivery Performance at Downer, where responsibilities include shaping the strategy for improving delivery performance and maximizing shareholder returns. With extensive experience in project management, Mark has previously held the position of General Manager of the Project Management Office at Downer, focusing on enhancing project management practices and ensuring compliance throughout project execution. Prior to Downer, Mark was General Manager of Project Delivery at QCC Resources and Project Manager at OneSteel, overseeing various aspects of project delivery and the development of facilities. Mark holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Newcastle.
