Mark Ellis has over 15 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate development, and strategic transformation. They served in various roles at Healius Limited from 2016 to 2019, including Deputy Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Corporate Development, where they led over $1 billion in corporate transactions. Prior to that, they worked at PwC as an Associate Director in Transaction Services, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and held finance roles at CPB Contractors.
