Matthew Wade

Matthew Wade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Business Operations Manager for Reconomy NSW & QLD at Downer since September 2021, Matthew has previously held positions including Operations Manager and Supervisor at the same company. Prior roles include Recycling Supervisor at North Sydney Council from November 2016 to September 2021, Maintenance Technician at Rosa Engineering, and Leading Hand at Benedicts Recycling. Early in the career, Matthew worked as a Fabricator in the boilermaking field with Thomas & Coffey. Matthew holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from UNSW Business School and has completed multiple certifications in business management, work health and safety, and fabrication engineering from TAFE NSW.
