Matthew Wray

Matthew Wray is currently the Manager of Zero Harm at Downer, where they focus on promoting workplace safety. Previously, Matthew held various roles at The Bloomfield Group, including People & Capability Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Advisor, and served as HR & Training Manager at John Holland. Their career began as an Apprentice Electrician at Quad Electrical, and they have since taken on numerous roles within the electrical sector. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Newcastle and various certificates in management, work health and safety, and training and assessment.
