Meg Burke

Meg Burke (nee Murray) is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel (M&A) at Downer since January 2024, Meg has held previous roles as Senior Associate at Ashurst and Norton Rose Fulbright, where duties included private M&A work. Additional experience includes a secondment as In-House Lawyer at Allianz Australia and positions with HopgoodGanim Lawyers. Meg holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Training and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Queensland University of Technology.
