Roshwin Roy

Roshwin Roy is a Site Engineer currently working on the SH6A/6 Queenstown Frankton Road Intersection Upgrade Project at Downer since September 2024. Previously, Roshwin held the role of Site Engineer at DECMIL from July 2021 to September 2024, contributing to the Gippsland Line Upgrade. Roshwin's experience includes a position as a Student Engineer within the VicConnect Alliance, where responsibilities involved facilitating design and construction for the Gippsland Line Upgrade Rail Project, as well as a Graduate Civil Engineer role focusing on design and construction interface for specific rail assets. Earlier in the career, Roshwin served as a Civil Engineering Cadet at Rail Projects Victoria and worked in various roles at Bunnings. Roshwin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from RMIT University and a High School Diploma from St Francis Xavier College.
