Simon Mullaney

Simon Mullaney is a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager who currently works as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Downer. They previously held the role of Commercial Manager at LM JV, where they oversaw the successful commercial delivery of the HS2 Enabling Works Contract. Earlier in their career, Simon served as a Managing Quantity Surveyor at Murphy, contributing to the Network Rail Renewals Programme Framework. With a degree in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University, Simon has developed expertise in managing complex projects and mentoring junior team members throughout their career.
