Simon Rasmussen

Simon Rasmussen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in wastewater and water treatment projects. Currently serving as Design Lead at Downer Infrastructure Services since November 2015, Simon has also held senior project engineering and design management roles at notable organizations including Logan Water Alliance and Tenix, where responsibilities encompassed mechanical construction supervision, commissioning support, and project oversight. With a Master’s degree in Wastewater Engineering from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical & Materials Engineering from The University of Auckland, Simon’s expertise spans a multitude of significant projects, including the Rubyanna WWTP project and various upgrades and installations within the water treatment sector.
