Stuart Noakes

Stuart Noakes is an experienced SMP Leading Hand currently employed at Downer since May 2017, overseeing the installation of piping systems for the Inpex Ichthys LNG Project in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. Prior roles include Boilermaker/Welder positions at UGL Limited and BAM Clough JV, contributing to various LNG related projects and achieving multiple welding certifications. With a strong background in boilermaking and structural fabrication from previous positions at Schlam Engineering, Dunkeld Construction, and HWE Mining Pty Limited, Stuart has developed a comprehensive skill set in welding and mechanical maintenance across diverse industrial projects, including uranium processing and iron ore facilities. Stuart's formal education was completed at Albany Technical College in Western Australia.
