Tim Joss

Tim Joss is an experienced Project Manager currently working at Downer since November 2023. Previously, Tim served as a Contract Manager at SouthRoads Limited from March 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included the management of 3 waters and construction projects. Prior to that, Tim worked for Invercargill City Council from March 2009 to March 2019 as a Project Manager, overseeing the design, tendering, and management of various civil and construction capital projects. Tim's career began at Delta as a Civil Engineer from July 2008 to March 2009, followed by a role as Project Engineer at Duffill Watts & King from April 2007 to November 2008. Tim holds a New Zealand Diploma in Civil Engineering from Otago Polytechnic | Te Pūkenga, earned between 2000 and 2003.
