Tracey Standring is the Head of People & Culture NZ for Transport & Infrastructure at Downer, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Tracey served as the National People & Culture Manager at Hawkins from 2014 to 2025 and as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Hawkins from 2005 to 2008. Tracey began their career as an Office Manager at Carson Group, where they worked from 2000 to 2006.
