Vanessa Hicks

Vanessa Hicks is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. From October 2019 to November 2020, Vanessa served as Chief Executive at Peterson Westbrook Cameron. Prior to that, from April 2012 to September 2019, Vanessa held the position of Chief Executive Officer at HFMA Australia. Additional roles include Head of Business Transformation, Manager Capability Development & Business Transformation, and Contract Director/Manager at Downer in July 2025. Vanessa also worked as Director of Revenue Financial Services at The Royal Melbourne Hospital from August 2010 to September 2012.
