Wayne David currently serves as the General Manager Pre-Contracts at Downer, where Wayne manages the Growth and Business Development teams' strategic agenda, bid development, and estimation support. Wayne also holds the title of Head of Estimation | Strategy, Growth & Business Development, focusing on accurate estimation, commercial and financial acumen for successful bid management. Wayne previously worked at Spotless Group as a Manager in Estimation and Business Development. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St Joseph's Institute of Management, Wayne has a strong background in finance and commercial management.
