Will Kramhoft

Will Kramhoft is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in water and wastewater management. Currently serving as Engineering Director - Water at Downer since September 2022, Will has progressed from roles such as Engineering Manager and National Operations Lead in the same company. Will's previous experience at Sydney Water included positions such as Asset Integration Manager and Interface Manager for Major Projects, specifically the Lower South Creek Treatment Program. Will has also contributed as a Private Tutor for UNSW courses since July 2021. Will holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Change Management and dual degrees in Mechatronics and Physics, complemented by a Certificate IV in Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management.
