Andy Thomas

Andy Thomas has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Andy started their career in 1999 as a Quantity Surveyor at Felton Construction Ltd and worked there until 2007. Andy then joined Downing as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and worked there for six years. In 2013, Andy became a Project Commercial Manager at Berkeley Group Holdings Plc for a year. Andy then moved to Mace as a Commercial Consultant and worked there from 2014 to 2016. Andy rejoined Downing in 2016 as a Pre Construction & Technical Manager and later held the positions of Technical Director and currently Operations Director.

Andy Thomas completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Quantity Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University from 2004 to 2007. Andy then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University between the years 2007 and 2009.
