Jacquie Critchley is currently a DCO Lead at Downing, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Head of Environment at Rhead Group from 2010 to 2013 and as Team Leader for EIA and Planning at Hyder Consulting from 1992 to 2000. Jacquie was also an Associate Partner at Gillespies from 2013 to 2019 and held the position of Associate Partner at Carter Jonas from 2019 to 2022 before becoming a Partner. Jacquie earned a BSc in Geography from The University of Manchester, an MA in Regional Strategic Planning from Coventry University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Planning from Liverpool John Moores University.
