Larry Irwin

Larry Irwin is a seasoned professional in land management with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple firms. Currently serving as the Head of Land at Downing since March 2025, Larry previously held the position of Director at Galbraith from August 2023 to March 2025. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Strutt & Parker spanned from January 2013 to August 2023, where Larry progressed from Senior Associate Director to Associate Partner. Larry's career began as an Estate Manager at Moray Estates Development Company Limited from September 2005 to January 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Land Economy with a focus on Rural Surveying from the University of Aberdeen, completed in 2005, alongside foundational education at Campbell College Belfast from 1994 to 2000.
