Shane has acted as a designer on some of the UK’s largest onshore wind projects and has managed technical interfaces for stakeholders, providing critical advice to lenders on major developments across Europe. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy from University College Cork, Shane currently serves as the Head of Delivery at Downing.
