Shruti Patel

Shruti Patel began their work experience in 2004 as a Team Assistant at Jonathan Wren. Shruti then moved on to Gartmore Investment Management, where they worked as an HR Generalist from 2005 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Group HR Advisor at Besso Limited. Following that, they worked as an HR Manager at Dolfin from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, Shruti has been with Downing LLP, initially serving as a Senior HR Manager since 2017 and later advancing to the role of Head of HR in July 2018.

Shruti Patel completed their education in a sequential manner. In 2000, they enrolled at Brunel University London and pursued a degree in Management, graduating in 2004. Shruti later attended London Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. In 2017, Shruti attended a course called Learning Behaviour & Change and received a certification as an NLP Practitioner.
