In fact, Cindy Johnson, the president of the company & Rudy Leeds, the company Field Operations Manager have over 25 years experience in construction and underground utility. Both hold SWPPP Certification as well as the company being certified with WBE/DBE, JTA, JPA, JIA & JAA.
