Luc Schouten

Luc Schouten has a strong background in design and has worked for various companies throughout their career. In 2004, they worked as a freelance industrial designer, specializing in lighting, furniture fixtures, and industrial innovations. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Claessens Erdmann as a Retail Designer, where they were responsible for designing and developing shops, prototypes, concepts, interiors, and retail environments. In 2012, they joined Starbucks Coffee EMEA B.V. as a Project Designer, designing stores for targeted markets and managing core store designs and key projects. Luc was later promoted to Senior Project Designer, where they planned and prepared store designs for regional markets and achieved brand objectives. Most recently, in 2019, Luc Schouten joined Downstream as a Sr. Interior/Environmental Designer and later became the Design Director Environments EMEA.
