Scott Smardo is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Downstream since May 2022, with a robust background in project management within the architecture and design sectors. Prior to Downstream, Scott served as a Project Manager at Mackenzie, overseeing the design and execution of substantial e-commerce facilities and maintaining key client relationships. At WeWork, Scott functioned as a Custom Design Manager, leading a team to develop tailored workplace solutions for enterprise clients. With extensive experience at Eight Inc., Scott held various roles, culminating as Director, where responsibility included managing staffing, schedules, and budgets for diverse design projects while collaborating with high-profile clients. Scott began their career as an intern at Bettisworth North Architects and Planners Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Oklahoma State University.
