Sean O'Connor began their work experience in 1995 at Nike, where they held the position of Designer until 2000. Sean then advanced to the role of Senior Designer from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they co-founded Storeage and served as a Creative Director until 2005. In 2007, they joined Downstream as the Executive Creative Director.
Sean O'Connor attended Drake University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In 1993, they also studied at Lorenzo De Medici in Florence, Italy, earning a certificate in Fine Arts during their one-year program.
