Inspired by the simplicity of ride-share and on-demand platforms, Downtime Trace is a mobile and desktop platform that connects healthcare facilities with qualified medical equipment service options when maintenance or repair is needed.

From planned and corrective maintenance to urgent service requests, facilities can quickly request support for a wide range of medical equipment, including infusion pumps, biomedical devices, ancillary equipment, and imaging systems, without relying on long-term contracts or rigid service models.

With a single request, teams can BLAST service opportunities to pre-matched options that may include in-house HTM technicians, independent technicians, ISOs, OEMs, and qualified gig workers.

Each response is presented in a format that allows facilities to compare availability, response time, pricing, and technician or company experience across specific equipment makes and models.

Downtime Trace acts as the single point of coordination and payment, streamlining approvals and ensuring labor and parts are paid within days instead of weeks. Facilities can also view historical service activity by asset, making it easier to track spend, maintenance history, and service decisions over time.

If you’re managing PMs, catching up on routine biomed work, or responding to unexpected downtime, Downtime Trace can give your healthcare team a faster, more flexible way to get medical equipment serviced and documented.
