Due to a strong online presence and an extensive agent network, our reach is strong overseas and international inquiries account for 50% of leads generated. Our database and target audience are a mixture of owner occupiers, second home owners and buy to let investors with an array of budgets stretching from £100,000 to £20m.

We have an established database featuring 1000 agents and 150,000 property investors based all over the world. Both groups are kept up to date via phone and messaging services by the prospecting team in an attempt to match client requirements with new property listings. This is also achieved with the use of professional email campaigns, PPC campaigns and social media, highlighting properties at extremely good value.
