Paul Young

Paul Young currently serves as the Business Development Executive and VP of M&A at DOXA, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Paul was the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Biltmore Insurance Services from November 2022 to August 2025. Paul has extensive experience in the insurance sector, with roles including Casualty Placement Specialist at Marsh and Senior Broker at Aon. Paul began the career at AIG as a Senior Underwriter before working at All Risks, Ltd as a Broker. In addition to expertise in the insurance industry, Paul has a notable military background, serving in various leadership positions in the US Army from 2006 to 2015, including Company Commander and ROTC Instructor. Paul holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Drexel University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Tuskegee University.
